1. Our Training Program We have a very hands on program here. Our new agents have Fast Track progarm which  is like a Real Estate Boot Camp  of 9 classes that will help you get up to speed quickly. Experienced agents have the Success Track Classes. We also have weekly in office trainings as well as our sales meeting on Wednesday mornings. On top of that, our agents are also able to attend our Coaching program to further your growth. We really focus on the mentoring side of Real Estate Education, so that you are not only learning what the Real Estate Business is, but also how to do it successfully. 

2. Drama Free work Environment - We strive to maintain a drama free work environment. This is a Family owned business and we strive to keep it feeling like a close knit family with open communication, frequent agent networking and team building activities. Our agents make efforts to support & encourage the other agents in our office. We understand that life is full of stress and drama, but our focus is to keep the work place a positive environment where our agents can come together and be successful. Personal drama is to be left at home.
