They saw his name on a Home" For Sale” sign. We hit it off immediately over the phone. We met in Beau's office and got to know each other. Connor & Lauren were really nervous because they were first time home buyers and were on a budget. Beau spent about an hour going over the home buying process and then went to view a couple of homes. At the time, the market was very competitive and they were passed up by other offers 6 times over the span of 3 months. We felt very discouraged, but understood the competitive nature of the process at the time. We had a rough decision to make, but we began to look into purchasing a new construction home, but it was going to take longer than expected, so they would like to begin viewing existing homes again. We looked at 3-4 homes, and fell in love with a home in a great neighborhood with room for our pets! We put in an offer and it was accepted right away. The closing process went smoothly and we were able to find just the right home!

Advising us on what to freshen up inside and out. Took us longer to get it ready than we hoped and Carrie was patient the whole time. I had a heart attack and bypass surgery in December.
